Arashi's writing

I was just browsing the G no Arashi website and it's kind of interesting to look at what the members wrote..

Aiba's writing looks sort of child alike, haha. The different sizes of the characters, the spacing, the way the characters are shaped etc.

Ohno's writing on the other hand looks really mature. I really like the way he writes - the structure looks good. His strokes are really straight and somehow it looks like there's power to them (I lost myself here a little too XD).

Sho-chan's writing is neat and he has a pretty noticeable backhand slant (not all the time though, just like me, lol). You can tell that he is a serious person because he writes the each stroke carefully, there are hardly any connecting stuff like what you see in Ohno's writing.

Nino's writing is so squished together and big looking, haha :) That to me, looks kind of child-like as well. But it looks less cute than Aiba's and more boy-ish. Look at his signature at the bottom =o=! He did that for a lot of these entries (all of them?) XD Which reminds me of this article in this magazine in which someone analyzed Arashi's writing and Nino wrote the character "arashi" REALLLLLLYYYYY tiny on the page so they actually had to magnify it, LOL.

Only member who did not sign in kanji (er.. if we exclude Nino..) 8D Jun's writing is seriously cute. It reminds me of school girls' writing, LOL. Actually, Jun writes each stroke really carefully like Sho-chan too~

I like Ohno's writing the best (I wish I could write like him ;o;) and then I guess it would be Jun? His characters are pretty uniform and they are cute :) I kind of have a mix slant writing like Sho-chan (I'm TRYING to correct it ;o; but failing ;o;) and I guess my characters are more round like Jun's (but nowhere as nice).

Aiba can write pretty nicely if he tries but usually it kind of gives off the "I'll just write and not pay too much attention~~~~" feeling. I think my writing is sort of like that too.. that's why it's.. really.. messy =o=!

So yeah, this post is sort of.. meaningless.. I guess? XD

LOL. I don't know if you guys saw this before or not but it's pretty old I guess. At Shounen Club, they got Arashi to do this skit involving a love triangle XD It's pretty hilarious.

Part I
Part II

So basically.. Aiba-chan met Ohno at a mountain when they were lost.. and Ohno declared his love for Aiba-chan. So then Aiba-chan wanted to break up with Jun-kun but Jun-kun did not let go.. so.. Aiba-chan lied and said he's going overseas to study but then.. one day, Jun-kun spotted Aiba-chan with Ohno. So they forced Aiba-chan to choose who they like better and Aiba-chan dragged in Sho (XD) and said Sho-kun is great 8)

So one day.. The 3 guys got together and they wanted Aiba-chan to pick one of them. Aiba-chan was having a talk with his friend Kazuko (lol) and so he went to meet the guys along with Kazuko. Then in the end, everyone started liking Kazuko instead and so Aiba-chan left crying.

The end.

And.. there's also this interesting piece of info regarding Nino called Aiba お豆ちゃん in VS Arashi that I saw at someone's blog that I want to share but.. I'll save that for another time XD Need to get back to work :3

The Rolling Coin Tower part was very exciting today. The tower got pretty high and I was proud of Sho for not failing 8D

Then at the Falling Pipe part.. Aiba-chan failed horribly but cutely XD So I think he was somewhat forgiven |D However.. Yatterman did not save the day. In fact, he failed even more (it's impossible point-wise but.. atmosphere wise, he did indeed surpass Aiba-chan XD).

I don't think they will ever let Sho-san catch a pipe again, LOL. And.. Nino hiding his face in his hands again, awwwww :)

This is the only show that I can watch live =o=;; (Well, even though the beginning was like.. few seconds of video, then blackness, laughter audio, then few seconds of video, blackness, laughter audio.. etc. Haha.. XD)

This is waaaay shorter than my Japanese one. I'm really surprised. I thought I've seen more :/ I guess I've seen a lot of Korean variety shows is what it is XD So yes. My comments got shorter and shorter, sorry XD

Bad Couple
It began really interesting but then it went downhills. To me anyways. Yes there were touching parts at the end but you have to admit, it got draggy :/

Full House
Really good series. It's pretty light hearted and the length is not bad either.

Goong
I think pretty much everyone has seen this by now. This show was sooooo draggy. If they had cut the show in half I think it might have been a good drama but seriously it was pretty draggy. Not to mention I did not like the characters. I gave up watching it the first time and when my mom was watching it on tv, I watched it with her. I did not like it any more than the first time.

I think in general, the rating for this list is higher than my J-drama one right? :O That's probably because k-dramas tend to be longer so I am more picky about what I watch. I seriously thought LDH's character was crazy near the beginning. Turns out that she's not. Hm.. not one of my favourite dramas.

Marrying a Millionaire
Not bad. I actually liked this more than Hello! Miss. But this series is very cliche.

My Girl
Wow.. 5 stars XD I seriously loved this drama. It's probably my favourite k-drama.

Cute but unmemorable.

Also really good. It doesn't hurt that the guy was so cute.

On Air
Pretty good. Sometimes Song Yoon Ah's acting really got on my nerves though. I'm not sure if her character is supposed to be like that or what but.. Overall.. I think this drama is a few episodes too long.

Even though I try to avoid bad dramas, sometimes it's not always possible due to different tastes of people. Also, there are just some things you watch because of fandom, haha. So here is my list. (I don't think I got everything yet though.) (I couldn't find any stars that I liked so I made my own :D Aren't they shiny? XD)

1 Litre of Tears
This drama made me cry. Well, that's not a hard task but I enjoyed it when I was watching it.

33pun Tantei
It's been said that you either hate or love this series. In my case, I hate it. I tried it for Tsuyoshi but I quickly gave up. I really don't understand the point of this series. The only good thing I guess, is that it's only 33 minutes XD

Akihabara @ Deep
This was fairly entertaining in a wacky kind of way. But I wouldn't really recommend it to most people. Whether you like it or not really depends on your taste but.. if you're up to some wacky humor, you might want to try this out.

I honestly have no idea what this is about anymore until I looked it up. I think that it was an ok drama but the guys were hot XD

This was a drama that I followed every week. It doesn't have a really strong plot or anything, mostly just pointless fun + eye candy. Plus, brotherly love are always cute.

Bloody Monday - CURRENTLY WATCHING
I'm currently watching this and it seems really interesting. For anyone else that wants a suspense drama, check this out.

Boku dake no madonna
No star D: I can't believe I wasted my time on this. This was such a bore. Takki made me watch it but it's definitely not something I would recommend..

CHANGE
Didn't seem like a bad drama but politics is not really my thing so I couldn't finish it.

Code Blue
Kind of exciting but I couldn't finish it in the end. I might pick it up again but.. Yamapi needs to improve his acting some more.

Dragon Zakura
It seems like a lot of people loved this drama? o_O They're even doing a Korean remake of it? This drama does motivate people when you're watching it. It was fairly enjoyable but not something I would watch for a second time. If you like motivational dramas, perhaps check it out? Many famous actor/actresses in this.

Densha Otoko
Two stars because of the weird humor. I was really surprised by the otakus in the drama. As for the plot.. it was not bad but it wasn't THAT good either. It's a nice drama to see for getting to know more about Japanese otaku culture, but in my opinion, it is way too overrated.

Detective Conan Live Action SP

Nice story. Kimura Takuya. Koyuki. Gazillion cute little kids. It's not a romance drama but I still enjoyed it. Not on my top recommendation list but if you have time, perhaps check it out? (If you're into family/human relation dramas.)

I didn't finish watching this so my rating may not be accurate. I started watching this due to a recommendation and while I didn't love it, I didn't hate it either. I was going to finish it depending on whether I liked the ending or not.

Gokusen 2
Cute guys. I did not see Gokusen 1 because I saw this one. The plot gets really repetitive after awhile and the humor dried up fast. But you need to see at least 1 season of Gokusen if you're a drama fan. No matter what season you watch, it will make you a happy fangirl.

Pretty enjoyable series in all. I'm glad I finally watched it but it's not really something I would watch again, haha.

Loved this drama. I think this is probably my favourite Kimura Takuya drama. I'm a little frustrated by the ending.. BUT all in all it was a good series. Check out the SP too if you watch this!

This was too slow for my liking but I can see people enjoying it.

Hotaru no Hikari
This was a drama recommended by many people so I thought I'd try it. It's pretty enjoyable but I got a little bored towards the end. I guess I'm just less into romance dramas lately? For those who like romance with a little comedy, you might want to try this.

Ikebukuro West Gate Park
Loved this drama too. I watched this for Yamapi but ended up liking a lot of the actors in this drama. It's really different.

Iryu Team Medical Dragon & Season 2
I liked season 1 better but I enjoyed both a lot. Definitely my favourite medical drama now, haha ^^ Must see.

Jikou Keisatsu
I sort of liked it but it might not be for everyone. Try it and see? The general format is pretty much the same for each episode so an episode or two will probably give you a good idea of the series.

Juken no Kamisama
There is nothing you can't get out of this drama from the other dramas. For example.. Jyoou no Kyoushitsu maybe? However, I watched it due to my new found love for Yamaguchi Tatsuya. Haha :) Such a cute papa.

Kindaichi Shonen no Jikenbo & Season 2
I watched this recently (or rather.. rewatched?) and I loved it. Tsuyoshi made a great Kindaichi. I couldn't bring myself to watch season 3 because it's going to be hard to imagine anyone else as Kindaichi. To be honest, I think I've seen season 3 too before o-O; Because I checked out a few episodes and they seemed really familiar. I know that I watched the SP with Kame though, haha XD;

Kisarazu Cat's Eye
Not my kind of thing. I did find some parts amusing but overall I think it belongs to the hate it or love it type of drama. I know there are people on my flist who loved it XD

Is this with Akanishi Jin? I can't remember. STAY AWAY unless you're a fan. I don't even remember what this is about, only that I found it boring.

The acting needs improvement but it wasn't that bad. It's a pretty enjoyable series. But then again, I might be biased.

Liar Game
Managed to capture my attention through the series. I'd recommend this.

Love Game
There's a twist to every episode. It kind of increases your fear of humans, lol. But it's a good series that has a basic structure but each episode has a pretty interesting story.

Long Love Letter
Usually I'm able to give a reading even if I haven't finished the series but for this one.. I just don't know. I think I've made at LEAST two attempts to watch this in the past but I just couldn't finish it. I seriously found it hard to get into this drama.

Long Vacation
Not bad for an old drama. You don't see many romance dramas like this these days. It's a classic so if you haven't seen it, you might want to.

Love Generation
I LOVE Matsu Takako + Kimura Takuya so I'm really biased. This drama was really cute.

Love Shuffle
This is a drama not to be taken completely seriously with but the characters are lovable, there are twists and turns, and it's just kind of.. unusual. Check it out if you have time.

I liked it the first time I watched it but when I tried to watch it a second time.. The acting was too exaggerated. Nagase always seems to be doing the same type of role :/ I seriously don't understand why Tegoshi's character acts like that. But this is a often recommended comedy by others.

News no Onna
I admit, I watched this for Takki. This is a pretty old drama, if you haven't seen it, you're not missing much. But if you're desperately bored and want something to watch, this is not a bad choice. You will probably enjoy it.

Nobuta wo Produce
I'm pretty sure everyone has seen this already. If you ask for j-drama recommendation, there is no way that this wouldn't pop up. I really enjoyed this drama while I was watching it. It's a good school drama but now that I think about it.. maybe it's a little overrated too. I would still recommend it though, for sure.

Love this. The comedy really hit the spot.

Ryusei no Kizuna
Seriously good. I loved the humor in the series. It really balances things out. Lately I find it hard to watch darker dramas but this one kept me going easily.

Really interesting concept. Some parts are a little slow, but it's an interesting and touching series.

Seigi no Mikata
Really good comedy series. I recommended this to my friends and to my surprise they actually watched it.. and LIKED IT! :O I highly recommend this if you want a good laugh :)

This is a family drama. I heard good things about it so I started watching it but it didn't motivate me to follow it throughout the drama season so I never finished it.

I was totally hooked on this drama in the beginning and my rating for this drama could've totally been higher except that it grew downhill in the end. What a bad way to end a great series. But I guess since there's a SP movie coming out, I hope it will redeem itself.

Stand Up!!
Not everyone might enjoy this kind of comedy but this drama surprised me. I thought I wasn't going to like it but I ended up enjoying it a lot. Wow. I would recommend it to people who are not against trying it out. It will surprise you. Really.

Really cute detective series. Everyone was so cute in this and the friendship parts is just awwww. The only downside is that the cases seemed kind of lame.

If it wasn't because of Sakurai Sho, I wouldn't have watched this. It's a crack series trying to be serious?

Tiger & Dragon -
Other than Kisarazu Cat's Eye, I think I liked all the other Kudo Kankuro series I've seen so far. I think this series is either a hit or a miss. In my case I love it. All of the episodes follow the same formula and each has a little story. The first half of each episode goes pretty slow for me but it perks up in the latter half. I definitely enjoy how the story fit with classic Rakugo. I think Nagase and Okada did a good job with their roles but I wish Nagase would try some different roles.

Trick
There are THREE seasons, WOW. It's worth checking out. I personally did not finish watching it but I probably could.

Uta no Oniisan
If it weren't for Ohno I probably wouldn't have watched this. Simple plot, great if you don't want to think. But it did surprisingly well for its time slot, averaging at around 10% it actually beat some other dramas which had a better time slot.

Gokusen 1 - Well, more like didn't start. Watched the 2nd one so I don't feel like I have to see this one.. or the 3rd one for that matter.

Long Love Letter - Weird.

Mei-chan no Shitsuji - I only saw one episode and I just don't feel motivated to continue.

Q.E.D. - Two episodes of this and I give up. The cases are really really lame and the acting isn't top notch either.

Shopping Hero - First few episodes were okay but it grew tiring quickly as every episode structure is pretty much the same.

Strawberry on the shortcake - Boring.

Sushi Oji - I tried, I really tried. But I only laughed because it's so lame. Tried to watch it but couldn't.

Yukan Club - Fans of KAT-TUN or kanjani 8 will probably get a kick out of this but I couldn't make it through.

Zeni Geba - Really tiresome to watch, I didn't make it through the first episode :( Not really my type of drama I guess. If you like dark dramas, you might want to check this out.

I finally watched Ryuusei no Kizuna! I'm on ep 6 (computer is slowing down so I had to stop T_T). It's soooo good I couldn't stop :O I loved the beginning where all the funny parts are. Now.. it's going to change from here right? XD

If you guys haven't see Iryuu yet, I highly recommend it. This is random and sudden but it seriously is my favourite medical drama now. I loved second season too. Yes it's THAT good. I couldn't stop :X
